Broke New Trans With 0 Miles! Hey guys, Ive been a memeber of tech for like 3 years and this is one of my first posts.. I bought a new level 2 trans from performabuilt trannys.. and i didn't seat the TQ all the way and broke the oil pump.. Just wanted to give a shout out to those guys and they are helping me rebuild the oil pump via phone.... Thanks!
make sure you get the pump aligned when you put it back together you can use a few large hose clamps together but its not a sure thing an alignment band id the best thing to have....or you can put the pump in upside down without the seal and tighten the bolts which is the best way IMO

performa built is walking me through it... Im a few to many beers in to be doing tedious work right now... Shall continue Monday... Just let this be a warning to all who are attempting to install a TC themselves..
