4L80e tune help needed

4L80e tune help needed we just got my swap done last week. i love it, but I'm having a problem. my converter is wanting to lock up under WOT even though my tuner is doing all he can with HPTuners. Anybody who has done the swap with success please pm me and send me your hp tuners file to play with. thanks a million!

Oh nevermind. Found it. Seems that there was a table that HPT doesn't access, but CATS does, believe it or not. It was an override, causing lockup at 75mph every time in 3rd (and 4th but we weren't using 4th on the dyno). Fixed it man! I've gotta say I'm impressed that the Yank was locking up at WOT like it was. Locked up HARD. THis was my first dyno run since going from M6 to 4L80e. We dynoed the car 2 weeks ago before starting the swap that day. Then dynod it today. We did the swap, I drove it 3 days before shattering the rear end (the Yank HITS HARD), then today we fixed the gear. So I'm really happy. I only lost 20hp in lockup, 30 unlocked. I'll take that for swapping to a heavy auto with OD and a 3600 stall with a 2.5str. We calculated the converter and it has approximately 96% efficiency.

Hey that's cool! All of the 4L80E's we have handled have proven to be Brutes! I think you'll really enjoy it compared to the M6 that was in the car previously. It oughta last you years.
