got my speedo to work, now what ok so i got my speedometer to work 
after the th350 swap from 4l60, i tapped it into my front right WSS. tunned it to a 2.76 gear ratio and set the tire size to a 275/40/17 but it was barely moving so if anyone else with a LT1 tries this, you have to tune the auto computer to run with a 6speed signal. it was so easy. but even like this its still like 7 mph off...cause at 3100 with a 26" tire im supposed to be gpoing 60. at 3100 by the WSS im doing 53 so anyways if you see anything i missed let me know lol

I did not verify your calc of 3100 rpm at 60 mph, but assuming you're correct, you need to adjust the rear ratio number as follows:
53 / 60 = .8833
.8833 * 2.76 = 2.44
Using 2.44 as the rear ratio should get you dead on.
