What shops can check out a converter?

Default What shops can check out a converter?

Hey guys,

I have a used converter that i would like to have checked out before i put it in the car. What shops on here can do this? Costs? Turn-around time? any help is greatly appreciated.

Give me a call today. I use a local shop, they are racers, the builder is a consultant for the converter machine tool industry and is a 25 years professional. I would be happy to help you out... ship it to me and I'll get it back to you within a day or two!

what is the cost to have a verter cracked open and checked?
or even modified?

I got my Yank cracked open and checked for free here. Then he later charged me for $250 to refreshened the stall. Their name is TTC, Target Torque Converters. They have online site TTC.com.
