Default After market shifter?

I was wondering if there are any after market shifters for 4l60e? I have seen what looks like b&m ratchet shifter in some cars that have 4l60e/4l80e. any info would be great.

Do a search, many have installed aftermarket shifters.
No one makes a bolt in shifter for the 4th gen cars yet. You can pick any shifter you want (as long as its compatible with a 4 speed tranny) but you will have to do a custom install.
In my case I installed a B&M Pro Stick shifter. I had to fab up a custom mounting plate to mount the shifter and since I did not care about the console I just cut the middle out of it and then used the aluminum cover over the Pro Stick. If you want to incorporate the shifter into your stock console your going to have to figure out how to mount it and still have it work with the console and make it look good and not a hack job.

Many have done it and I am sure some of them would be glad to give you some advice.
