What is the intended use of the vehicle?

How heavy is the vehicle?

What gear is going in the axle

What sort of horsepower are we talking about?

A little more information would help you get a more realistic answer.

i agree with ratched but if your going to do a lt1 swap you should most def go with a t-56 but if its gonna be a drag car you need to get a built tranny
