Default Yank Crossmmber TH400

Well, after going through a few synchros in my M6, I am converting to a TH400 to prepare for my 427. Has anybody tried the yank TH400 crossmember? I have a BMR torque arm already.

Does it really "bolt up"???

Thanks,
Conrad

I have the BMR track pak TQ arm w/the cross member, the cross member welds to the subframes, the Torque arm it self doesn't attach to the tranny...I am using the custom BMR cross member

I bought the Yank x-member when I did my th400 conversion from a M6.

It worked out great for me since I was using a LG heavy duty torque arm. The Yank bolted the tranny right perfectly. Its a very solid piece.

The only thing that I had to buy was a new torque arm bushing. My old on didn't the style of the new Yank x-member. I bought a Random Tech TA bushing for like $13. This is the bushing that Yank recommended, it fits right into the xmember.

If you go with the BMR xmember there is no TA mount on it. So you would have to make one or buy a new TA like the BMR Trac pac that welds to the sub frames. I ended up getting out cheaper with the Yank memeber and new TA bushing. Total was under $500, and I got to keep my LG TA, all together I have a very solid setup now.

Email me I can give you more details on everything I did, if you have more questions.
