Default have bigger problems after i had the tranny rebuilt

well it started when i was having problems putting it in reverse and there would be a hard thump...i sent it to a place in town thats supose to be good at rebuilding them...well i had them rebuild it and also add a shift kit...i got it back and overdrive sucks!! once it goes in overdrive if i give it gas it doesnt do anything but rev to 3500rpm's then starts to drop and finally grabs the gear around 3000rpm's...ive takin it back and they say its not throwing any codes and that they cant find anything wrong with it...so i tryed driving it hoping it was just needing to break in...well if anything its getting worse and im starting to feel a big change in the car it doesnt even have a good take off anymore...so i took it back to shove up their *** and now they are saying that i need to look at the brain something about its not sending the right info to the tranny...WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON??? what should i do??

take it somewhere else to get it fixed. have whatever shop you take it to document everything. then get a lawyer.

Ya that's what I was thinking but then I started thinking what if somehow the hypertech programmer I had on it might hurt it somehow...but all I was using it for was the fans/tires/and lower gears...and right now I have it off with the same prob...and today I just drop it and pushed my performer button and OMG I didn't think it was ever going to shift even after I pulled my foot off the gas...tomorrow I'm going back there and I going to be the one driving this time!

dont let them change anything but the transmission. if they try to talk you into reflashing anything then just leave and talk to a lawyer.

so basically its staying in 3rd gear and and when at light throttle its just feewheeling and when you give it the gas it catches 3rd gear.....the band is not applying for some reason........have it scanned and see if 4this being commanded by the pcm if it id then the tranny is not working....my guess would be a leaking 4th servo or a problem in the Valve Body take the car and park it at the shop and tell them if it isnt fixed you will be getting a lawyer and calling the better business beaurea
