I am about to start my stall install, and I can't get the starter out! First I took the 10mm bolt out for the inspection cover, and the cover won't come off...I guess the starter is holding it on? SO I go to take the starter out, and the 15mm bolt won't turn because the inspection cover is so close to it. What do I do with this...haha.
