Question How many quarts?

Alright, I hope my new trans will come in sometime this week. I need to know how much Fluid im going to need to buy so im ready when it does show.

1999 Trans AM running:
aftermarket extra 2 quart pan
B&M tranny cooler (7.25 in. x 11 in. x 1 1/2 in.)
10 Inch TCI SSF 3500 RPM

And should i go with regular ATF or Something special?

Regular dexrton is what 95% of the people here use. GM has some dextron formulas out there like dextron III and some others that are pretty good (do a search, you'll find plenty) With that larger pan I think you'll need about 13 to fill the trans and the convertor, but don't quote me on that it's been a while.
