Did you do the drill mod? If not, that could be the problem. It could also be that you need to bleed the slave. I bled the slave in mine and it tightened up considerably.

Update on mine. It is starting to do it again. I'm starting to think my slave might be dying. Anyone out there have any ideas?

Default Help...installed Adj. Mcleod MC

I installed an adjustable Mcleod master cylinder last weekend...and everything is fine..I adjusted so the pedal sits way low...the clutch still engages and disengages fine...the only problem is that the pedal pressure is very soft about the last 2" of pedal travel...at the very top...did I not bench bleed the MC correctly?...should I rebleed it?...

I'm gonna try to run another quart of fluid through the system and see if I can get all the air out this time. If it keeps doing it I think I'll bite the bullet and get a new slave. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="gr_images/icons/mad.gif" />

I would kill for a linkage setup right now! I never had these kind of problems in my old Chevelle.
