Default 2-3 shift soft.

I have a 93 700R4 behind an lt1...and when I run the rpm up the 1-2 shift hits really firm which is good...but the 2-3 shift is real soft, not slipping but soft...the transition from second to third is there but you dont really feel it. I put a B&M stage 2 shift kit in and 1-2 will throw you sideways, when you shift manually the 2-3 shift is better with more punch but not up to the 1-2 standards...the 3-4 even has more positive thrust...is there a way to correct this?

You could increase the feed size fo the 3rd clutch i know transgo listed several sizes not sure about the B&M and you could check that you have the vette servo I know later F bodies did but not to sure about the 93 700r4/4l60 if not the servo will reduce 2-3 accumulation some and that may help , But depending on how many miles you have on it the 3-4 clutch may likley just be on the way out
