Default Yank SS3600 installed!! break in?

well this past weekend i finally got a chance to install my new Yank SS3600!! out with the Stealth 2600, it's time to get serious... what a PITA the installation was, even though i had done it before! anyway, the instructions say i need to drive it 150 miles before giving it WOT. so after that, am i free to just let her rip?? this is killing me having to take it easy for the break in... once i get my rear Pro Stars in, i'll post some drag strip results. i'm really hoping this will get me into the 7's in the eighth... does anyone else have any track results with this converter?

also, my initial impression on this converter is that it is really easy to drive around town. it really doesn't feel that much different than stock, except for having to give it more throttle when going up slight inclines from a stop etc. but it's nothing like i thought it would be for the stall speed. can't wait to really get on it!!!

Just drive it normally until 150 miles.
Be patient.

No WOT and no trans-brake launches if you have one, for 150 miles. You need to let the clutch lining settle in.
