Hmmmm...."D" in town between 30 and 45 MPH because I currently have it programmed to lock up there...."OD" above 45 MPH....

I've tried both "D" and "OD" at the strip, makes no difference in MY car, although by now the tranny only does what I tell it to with LS1edit, anyway...

PS...can I have your T-56 setup for a "driver" B4C cop car I bought?

i just want to run 11.9s (or maybe better than a 11.93... )

we will see. shift points are a biotch in this car! edit has been a nightmare trying to learn it, since i have been a 6 speed junkie for years. oh well. convertor flash is the bomb! you should come down to mokan and give me some pointers.

For the street whichever feels most comfortable at the time. I like to run in D around town since the acceleration is more redily available. Above about 55 MPH I usually go to OD. I have 3.23 gears.

At the track you may see slightly higher shift points with it in D. So, if that's what you want then try it. Other than that it doesn't matter.
