Default TCI Flexplate and Trq Conveter bolt issues NEED HELP?

I have a TCI fleplate and knew that the bolts supplied with my viglatne converter we to short so i bought harden ones at the hardware store. They worked fine until they decided to backout. I think the reason that the bolts came out is because the bolt doesn't fit tight in the the flexplate and there is some slop and i think that is how it worked itself loose. So what do i do, do i get new bolts and locktite them, and call it good? I though about shimming the flexplate so that bolt is tighter in the plate so there is no slop, or anyone know where i can get a bolt with a collar on it that will fit my converter? I need help winter coming and need to get the car off the jackstands and running again

Any help appreciated thanks Ryan
