Have you determined that the condition is specific to lock up clutch application? Have you or someone else driven the car while watching a scanner for lock up enable?

Point is, it could easily be something other than lock up. But, it has to be ruled in or ruled out. When we are looking for a problem with lock up we will move the lock up enable settings to a MPH that is higher than normal... say 65 mph. When we do that there is absolutley no mistaking that it is or is not the culprit.

Specifically, what was changed in the tune to make it better?

In My Case When I Moved The Lockup Points From 45 To 70 The Problem Went Away.. Basiacally The Higher My Lockup Mph The Smoother The Lockup Was

i had the same problem after installing my yank3600, but after talking with my tuner he knew what to do right away and it doesnt do it anymore!
