No 2nd Gear

No 2nd Gear 4l60,has no 2nd gear.Fluid looks and smells fine,didn't make any unusual noises.Works fine in 4th, which I believe to be the same band as 2. Any ideas,solenoid ?, electric or mechanical ?
I would check the 2nd accumulator and the 2nd servo , There are not many possibilites there since you have 4th

I have the 2nd accumulator removed what am I looking for as far as the problem ?
Broken servo, spring , If you dont see anything there I would check the servo on side of trans next
