is there any difference from a 1997 to a 2000 4L60e. the reason i ask is that i just bought a super servo, and on the packaging it says good for 82-97 700r4 and 4l60e transmissions. but i didnt think they changed anything from 97 to 2000.anybody know?

 

it should be the same thing...when i had my shift kit installed, i had to buy a replacement part and it said the same thing, as far as it being compatible with the 7004r...i called the guy at the parts shop to make sure he gave me the right part and he said that it was...
