Default 4L60E limitations

Does anyone know what the HP/torque limits are on the 4L60E?
What kind of HP are people running with a stock transmission before having to "beef" it up. Also is it harder on the transmission the higher RPM stall converter you use?

there is no set hp or tq that it will or will not withstand...although most would agree over 400rwtq and youre certainly pushing it.
