Converter Break in?

after I install my TCI3500 and tranny cooler how long and how many miles do i have to wait till i lay into the pedal??

I had my Yank SS3800 installed this week. The installer said 150-200 miles. Yank stated 150 miles. No dead stop full throttle runs, no brake stalling. It seems like I'll never get to 150 miles.
