JUS GOT DONE INSTALLING MY PRO 5.0 AND I LOVE IT. WAY BETTER THAN THE STOCK HURST SHIFTER IN MY M6.

 

glad to hear. Is it noisy? I've read that there is alot of unwanted noise with that shifter. I'm considering getting one.

THE ONLY NOISE I HEAR IS WHEN I SHIFT IT INTO GEAR, SOUNDS SO CRISPY . SOUND SO GOOD, NO UNWANTED NOISES ON MINES. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND WIT ANYBODY WIT AN M6 TO GET ONE, INSTALLING IT WAS A BREEZE. 45 MINS TOPS TO INTALL.

use thread lock on the 2 bolts that hold the stick on the shifter housing

 

I talked to D&D and they stated that alot of the problems of some the lower h.p. cars is the actual overshift of the hurst stick. positive stops are the answer to our overshift problems and keeps the tabs from falling out of the shift forks which cause the 3,4 shift problems.... good investment I think..
