Default pros/cons th350

Hey I'm looking at a car that has a Th350 - What's the pros/cons of this tranny vs. the 4l60e?

Is there any technical questions I should ask the current owner?

All true and in addition

CON=PROBABLY NO LOCKUP
CON=HIGHER FIRST RATIO
CON= FOR MOST PEOPLE LOW RESALE VALUE
CON=VERY POOR FUEL EFFICENCY IF THAT MATTERS
