shift bracket (side transmission) the lever on the side of an 4l60-e...theres 2 differant ones a large studed one and a small studed one...whats the differance my friend 94 has the small i have the large...99 z28 has the large
and does anyone know the part numbers for them?
adn the end seems to be pressed on any way to swap just the tips on them?

The pre 98's I believe all used the small ball and the 98 and later units used the large ball. You can not just swap the ball of the linkage. If you need one call your local dealer to get one.
know the price off hand? if i can get it through a mechanic with a discount
and on a rant note...i cant stand when these people at gm change something like that..never herd of any1 having problems with the lt1 style small ball so why change it? just to ad complication to things?
