stock stall speed

stock stall speed does anyone know what the stock stall speed is? a guy i race with says he powerbrakes his up to 3,000 or so rpm. all he has is nitto's and a 75 shot and he runs 12.1-12.2 all the time. i know those are his times cuz i see him run all the time and i know he has nittos and an nx wet but are those times possible with those mods and spraying out of the hole? and will the stock converter even stall that high?
