Bouncing rev limiter someone help!!!
Well here is the problem. A couple of months ago i had my trans rebuilt because a couple of the clutches seized together. Long story short, they installed a shift kit and nine clutch pak with everything else needed to get it new again. Now whenever I am racing and get into WOT it bounces off the rev limiter in high gears?!?!? What the hell? How do I fix this? Will a tune help? I am about to get a full dyno tune is there anything I should ask them too look for when tuning to fix this problem? Thanks any info would be appreciated, Chris

In you havent added any power adders in the mean time , I would first use a scanner tuner to check that the shift is being comanded, If so I wouldget back with my builder there are several things that could cause this I have run into,
Excessive line which can happen when the line is mechanically increased and has also been increased at some point in the tune, I have also seen chased my tail around on this one once where the builder had enlarged the solenoid feed holes in the valve body plate causing the solenoids to flood and be unable to vent fast enough to allow the valve to stroke this is most only noted with the 2-3 shift and not the 1-2 shift. High line can also cause a similar issue. Ussually when thats the case you can shif tjust off WOT but not at. Of course if you have had tuning done before it could also be the the shift command is just to close to the rev limiter or possibly if it wasnt replaced contanination in the 2-3 solenoid restricting it . Just some ideas .
