First, that Mcleod is a BITCH ! Had to bench bleed it to work. I think the master has to be completely vertical while you are pumping it. Anyway, I had the entire assembly balanced. The install went smoothly. Now for my concerns.

First, for the life of me I cannot really feel where the clutch engages. Is this due to it being new or do I need to adjust the master more? My goal is to have it engage about halfway pedal wise.

Second, I have a considerable amount of wheel hop now where there hasnt been before. I dont have much suspension work done , maybe its time for LCA's and brackets? Of course the pedal is stiff as hell but I expected this.

Your really not going to be able to feel where the clutch engages through the pedal. But cant you tell where its engaging by letting it out very slowly with the car running and seeing where the car starts to move forward?? Thats what i do.

Sounds like you may be getting some chatter by your wheel hop description - was the flywheel surface ground or straight metal? It is very difficult for the disc to seat on an unground surface and in extreme cases, will slip prematurely. While they feel the grind is not necessary, I say its essential!
