so this happened the day before thanksgiving

i was driving down the strret going about 30 mph, and all of a sudden my car went neutral. i pulled out to the side of a shopping center and checked it out none of the gears worked, reverse or drive. if it was either on drive or reverse and i stepped on the gas it was just neutral. i did not here a sound out of the transmission or a jump, nothing! just happened all of a sudden

what do you guys think it could be?

i dont have a car and have to go to school by monday, and want to know if its going to be a big problem or maybe something small

Sounds like a pump failure unhook a cooler line and start car brefly shouldget a large amount or fluid in a couple seconds if not this is verified , Sorry for your miss fortune
