Default Tranny Question

My tranny is doing something kind of odd. Occasionally when shifting into first gear coming to a stop sign it will sort of grind going in. I can feel the two gears coming together is the best way I can describe it. There is no noise or any thing else that I can tell just the feel of it. It still slips into gear just fine no extra force needed to put it in just the grinding feeling going in to gear. It dose not do it every time and I can not seem to find something I am doing different then other times when it happens. The only thing I can think of it that my first gear syncro (sp) is starting to go bad. Could you guys give me some incite into this in what else it mite be and what I should do about it. I don’t know if the way I am describing it is the best so if not ask and I will try and do a better job.

Thanks
Adam

Default Re: Tranny Question

A lot of people get nervous with their M6 cars, I doubt something is really wrong, it may just start to feel different. No real way to tell without driving it.
