transgo shift kit?

im thinkin about going with a transgo stage 2 shift kit in my 98 ta.. are they any good one of my buddys got it installed in his 01 firebird (6cyl) and he barks 2nd gear which to me is really good just checking to see if there is any other shift kits that yall would go with ???

The Transgo is likley IMO the best on the market. You should happy with the results. However remeber while a shift kit can make the car more fun and increase the trans life if the trans is in good shape to start with , If the trans is in poor shape it can also hasten its demise.

Yep, trans-go is the way to go. I wouldn't put more than 2 washers in for firmness.
