Angry fluid change

Change the fluid yesterday. My first time doing it
Has anyone ever had a hard time take out the ring and putting on a new one . it doesn't fit?
It took me forever (3 hours)removing the ring and 1 hour putting a new one
Im never doing to do that again
Next time only the filter comes out

I didn't even have that hard of a time changing out the spark plugs

thats why i always leave that stupid seal in there. pull the filter down and pop the new one in, then you throw the new seal in the trash.

That thing can be a pain, We change them in builds but I tell people unless theres something wrong with it just change the filter and leave it alone. While relativley easy on the bench they suck on the ground trying to do it , lol

Only if I would of asked here first to leave it in or take it out. Once I started to crush the ring I couldn't go back and stop and leave it alone. If I would of known that I would have taken all day.. Live and learn or is it Lean then Live easy
