well I've got my new stall in my car for a few weeks now and last night i decided to floor it at a local light.. with nobody around and it started in second gear and stalled to 3000 and all but after that it stayed in second.. wouldnt go into 1st,3rd, or 4th .. anybody know what's up with this? I mean it just goes in second and doesnt lock up for any other gear it seems.. help...

 

so it's not shifting huh? Is this the first time it's done this? had the same problem before right after I installed a converter for the first time. have you checked the fluid? if so are there small bubbles on end of the dipstick? could be air in there. put your car on jack stands and run it through the gears a few times.
who's stall did you buy? Vig, Yank, TCS, TCI, Midwest?
