is my pt4400 going bad?

is my pt4400 going bad? I'm narrowing down my problem and its either my converter, or my tune.
During the 1-2 shift, and 2-3 shift it feels like I'm hitting a rev-limiter before the shift. During 2nd gear it "pops" a little during the gear. This feeling of hitting the "rev limiter" is much worse on the 2-3 shift.
My car used to run 11.70's in 100* weather and a 4500 DA and now it runs 12.0's in 50* weather and a 500 DA.

Check your shift points in the tune. You might even drop them a bit to see if the condition persists.
9 times out of 10 though it is the transmission itself. Considering it is a fresh build though definately start with the tune.
