Haha, hell no im not,... I wouldn't have bought a cam with a power band that high if I didn't plan on spinnin the motor that high.

It depends on his setup. Supporting mods, converter, gear, tire, etc. That is why dynos are used to tune the car and see where all of the parameters are at. Everyone's car is different. If he could tell me where his peak power was, shift extension, and show me a graph, I could tell him where to shift for optimum results.
