Flexplate for LQ9

I am trying to buy a good flexplate SFI approved, preferrably 1 piece. I have a LQ9 block in my 99 TA. I am bolting on a 4l60e. Will a 346 flexplate work the same as a 408 flexplate. I need one to hold 650ish hp/torque
