stock flexplate
how much hp can the stock flexplate hold up to? and how fast have some of you gone with the stock one in place.
i am asking because i broke one of my t/c bolts off and egg shaped 2 of the bolt holes after about 20 passes. is this a common thing to happen to the stock flexplate? or is it more likely that the converter bolts where not tight enough and vibrated loose.
my car made 471 hp and 503 ftlbs n/a unlocked

Yeah stock ones especially 01and 02 flexplates crack easily. Mine was split in a couple places and I had nothing but a lid and cat back on stock 2.73's stock converter and trans!

Now the cat's outta the bag! I better hurry and step my game up!!
Kidding man, already heard about it from someone else, we'll have to hook em up...but I'll use the turbo guy excuse and say 'from a 60 roll' hahaha
I've got a TCI flexplate on mine I think, hopefully it'll hold up!
