I want to go ahead and install a speedo sensor setup on the transmission. My output shaft looks like this one :

It looks like it has a metal speedo drive gear built into it already? instead of the usual plastic gears im used to?

The metal one on there is just pressed on. You will need a puller to remove it or heat it with a torch and remove it with a hammer and a punch. Then you will be able to install what ever setup you wish. IIRC the one that is on that shaft is a 15T. Vince
