is it REALLY like 300 bucks labor to do a transgo shift kit? if thats true im gettin the tci kit for sure. after i told trevor at TSP i didnt need one <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="gr_images/icons/mad.gif" /> . btw, installing it myself wouldnt be an option. from the colonel's feedback they seem nearly identical except for that install cost of course <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="images/icons/rolleyes.gif" />

That`s about what I paid in `97 for a TransGo kit install in a TH700R4. I`m going with a TCI kit this time and attempting the install myself.

 

it is expensive to install beacuse it comes out to 6-8 hours of work if its anyone's first transgo install. if not then it can be managed with 3-4. since it comes with the detailed instructions as well as the install video whoever installs it might be at the liberty of having to watch the hour long film and then double check everything. since i was a test subject mine was at no charge however most transmission shops will run about 50-80/ hour so thats about what you are looking at. best of luck. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="gr_images/icons/cool.gif" />
