I had my 4l60e rebuilt last August

everything was fine with it until about a month ago.

it just redlined 1st gear, then went into 3rd.

i thought the fluid might need to be changed..so i dropped the pan..changed the filter...and there weren't really any shavings in the pan (not that would lead me to believe the clutch plates are slipping)

but 2nd gear is completely gone. If i manually put it into 2nd, the engine will spin, the car will not

any ideas?

in order for me to have it checked by the same shop..i'd need to drive 1000 miles one way (it was done in reno, nevada and i currently live in albq, new mexico)

also, i replaced all of the solenoids before having it rebuilt.
