Default 4l80 shift kit

I have read that a stock 4l80 with lower miles will be fine to like 700rwhp in our cars..

Is a shift kit recommended at all then? I found a couple on ebay that say they correct these problem..
  • GMC YUKON XL 5.3L
  • 6.0L-HUMMER
  • V-8-CHEVY SUBURBAN 5.3L-6.0L.
THIS KIT WILL,
  1. END DIRECT CLUTCH BURN-UP.
  2. HOLDS BIG HORSEPOWER!
  3. HOLDS 1ST, 2ND AND 3RD TO ANY RPM.
  4. OPTIONS OF COMPETITION
  5. OFF ROAD
  6. PRO-STREET
  7. STICK SHIFT (FULL MANUAL AUTOMATIC)
and this one
  • GMC YUKON/XL 5.3L - 6.0L
  • HUMMER V-8
  • CHEVROLET SUBURBAN 5.3L - 6.0L
  • CHEVROLET TAHOE
THIS KIT IS A GREAT UPDATE TO ANY 4L80E TRANSMISSION AND INCLUDES A NEW EXTREAM QUALITY BOOST BUSHING WITH MATCHING BOOST VALVE AND CORRECTS / PREVENTS / REDUCES THESE OTHER PROBLEMS,
  1. HIGH PRESSURE PARTS BREAKAGE
  2. DIRECT CLUTCH BURNUP
  3. SOFT 2-3 SLIDE-BANG 1-2
  4. LOW PRESSURE DUE TO SOLENOID FILTER BREAKUP
  5. NO UPSHIFTS WITHOUT DIAGNOSTIC CODES
  6. 3RD CLUTCH FAILURE
  7. COMES WITH WIDE BOOST VALVE AND PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE
but.. I dont see hd2500 anywhere which is what my trans come out of.. does it matter?

The transgo hd-2 kit is the one that we install. I believe that we have it listed for sale in our parts section. Vince

A trans cooler is a must. A shift kit well Ive seen big HP guys on here run them and some not run them. I personally didnt run one and have already out lasted any 4l60e ive owned without the 1st issue.
