Default TH400 BEHIND A 6.0

I'm contemplating putting a th400 behind a 2000 6.0 and am curious as to what all i would need to do so. I'm not farmiliar with these motors but am pretty sure the tranny's have the same bolt patterns. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Why not a 4L80E or 4L85E?
