I'm going to be adding a line lock and I'm looking for a replacement shift **** or a complete shifter so my wife can ingage the line lock from a button on the shift ****. I know I can duck tape a button to the stick, but there has to be a better way. My wife is learning and I think the shift **** would be so convenient. Any good ideas?

i have my line lock in the panel that has the tcs switch. when i do a burnout i just reach down and it's right there where i dont have to stretch or anything and its pretty comfortable.
as for putting it on the shifter i dont know anything about that. sorry man

 

Thats a good idea, another idea I saw out at the drags was a small billit aluminum remote starter button. It plugged into a sterio type jack under the dash. I have almost come to the conclusion that no one makes the old style T handle w/button for our trans linkage. Thnaks again

You might want to check B&M they make some good shifters-dont know if they would have a T handle style or not.
