Default cam and stall speed

I have a SY3500, lid, cutout, and 3.73 gears. If i were to get a 224/224, .561"/.561" 114 LSA cam and LT's, how would this affect my stall speed? Will it increase it?

i didnt know a cam effects stall speed. you may have to raise your idle a little though.

Theoretically, the more torque an engine produces, the higher the stall speed would be.
But it doesn't vary by much... maybe 200rpm in this scenario.
