Default Is this the correct Flexplate to use with TH400 in an LS1?

http://www.sdpc2000.com/cart.asp?act...&pid=29567

I found this on SDPC, but not sure if it's the correct one. There is also that same one but with 168 teeth, not sure which one I need!

And then there's this one:

http://www.sdpc2000.com/cart.asp?act...&pid=29569

It says it's for all internally balanced v8 engines, and also there's this same one with 168 teeth also.

Please let me know which one I need, cuz I want to order it asap! Thanks in advance!

There's also a diff brand with the same flexplates. The description on the other brand is this:

CSI Torque Master flexplates are constructed of a virtually indestructible machined 0.187 thick 4130 chrome moly steel.

Would these one's be better than the other?

A stock one, they said there were no aftermarket one's that they sold, but I ended up cancelling the order, cuz my friend is gonna find one for me.
