Hey guys could i put a manual valve body on a 4l60e and not have to buy a transmission controler the reason iam looking for a cheaper way to go because iam not running a computer on my conversion car. Thanks for the help

Yes you can several of our customers are doing it. You will have to figure out some way to work lockup. There are lockup kits like are used with the 700r4 I am sure could be adapted and then some just use a toggle switch for that.

Ok thanks where do i buy a valve body and do i buy one thats special for the 4l60e thanks

You can buy a complete valve body or you could buy the transgo full manual valve body kit an install it yourself.

But with a manual valve body i can still just put it in drive and go or do i have to manual shift it from light to light

No you would have to shift every gear just like a manual just minus the clutch
