Default Shift points / lockup speed

Im trying to map out some shift points and TCC lockup point for a H/C setup. The cam has a powerband from around 1800-6600rpm as advertised (222/224 112LSA Comp Cam). If it is installed with say 4deg advance, would that bring the powerband to 1400-6200? What would be the recommended minimum shift RPMS/TCC lockup (planning only 4th lockup at this stage) for light throttle with 3.46 gears and a 2500rpm 1.8str convertor? Ive calculated some RPMS with 235/45/17 tyres:

Speed 1st 2nd 3rd 4th rpm
18.75 2636 1404
25 3515 1873 1148
31.25 4394 2341 1435
37.5 5273 2809 1723 1206
43.75 6152 3277 2010 1407
50 3745 2298 1608
56.25 4213 2585 1809
60 4681 2872 2010

What im trying to work out is to get the shifts to happen high enough as not to cause the car to bog down in a gear at too low revs for the cam, at the same time not coninuosly run the convertor too far below the stall speed when cruising. BTW I mainly use for daily driver with some circuit work (not interested in the best 60' time or 1/4 mile).

Cheers.
