Hmm You did it a little out of sequence there, You are supposed to reamove the trans and converter together, But Now and I bet you have a mess. You will need to remove the thee converter bolt facing the engine flexplate side then you can get to the flexplate bolts. DO NOT attempt to reinstall the trans this way you will break the pump and then it will not work , The converter must be in the transmissions and fully seated then the assembly placed against the bloack . Bell bolted up then converter bolted to the flexplate

Remove the starter and the plastic dust shield. turn the engine over with a large rachet. You will need a deep 24mm socket and a half inch drive ratchet.

Wheres my beer ?

ok...you should have taken the starter out first. Then you put a socket on the crank pulley (24mm with a breaker bar works) and turn it until you can see each bolt on the flexplate where the starter would be....you remove one....turn it until the next and so on...once all three TC bolts are out THEN you take the bell bolts out and drop it all together. Put it back in the same order and make absolutly sure the TC is all the way in the tranny or YOU WILL BREAK THE TRANNY/ TC...not maybe, YOU WILL.
