Default which gears

i just bought me a 2000 camaro z-28. i'm pretty sure all auto come with 273 from factory (correct me if i am wrong and how i can tell if not) and i want to change the gears. i'll drive the car on most nice days, no tin the winter and its gonna be stock with headers, lid and tune for now and spray a little later down the road. would 373 be too much to go down the road at about 130 or so?

not all autos come with 2.73. its either 2.73 or 3.23. what ya need to do is look at the passenger side door, that has all the codes. if u have GU2=2.73 if u have GU5-3.23 i believe..either way go 3.73.

then yeah u got 2.73.. good on gas, but it does suck. u need to upgrade to atleast 3.42 or 3.73. instead of TCI look into vig 3200 or yank 3600.
