where to put FAST tranny controller in C4?

where to put FAST tranny controller in C4? I have just completed a transmission swap on a customers 87 Callaway twin turbo C4 from 4+3 Doug Nash to a Finish Line transmission stage4 4l80e.
Since there is so little space in that car, where did you guys mount the control box and routed the myriad of cables from the harness?
By any chance, anyone maybe has a tried and proven fine tuned programm I could use on a turboed C4, I believe the base programm which comes with it is to get you rolling but no more.
What I could not find yet are which connector on the 4l80e is the TISS and which one the TOSS. back to reading the manual...............
