3 4 clutches gone!

3 4 clutches gone! Ok I need a little help from someone who knows more then I do. I had a friend who knows how to tear into transmissions come over and tear into mine. My problem was this. I had the transmission rebuilt and in two weeks I had no 3rd and 4th gear. The clutches on three and four are gone. The place that rebuilt my trans told me they thought it was the tune that made it go out the first time. I use EFI Live to tune with and they told me to start with a stock transmission tune. Could this have made trouble for me? Also could the sprag have anythinig to do with this?
I have to order new clutches what would you recomend? Thanks for any info I could really use it.

Well tunng certainly code cause it but not if set to stock I would say. I would inspect the teflon rings on the input shaft, The inside of the pump stator for grooves, And all seals for the 3-4 clutch.
And no on the sprag
I like the ZPACK but there are actually several setups that work well.

Any other ideas? I would like to figure out if something is going on before I put the trans back in the car.. I had a total of 17 clutches and steels in the clutch pack.. anything I can check ?
