I went to the track yesterday and did 3 runs. car worked perfectly there and on the way back home. But i drove it today. Drove a few miles, even when on the expressway, and it never locked up once. This has me kind of worried especially since i went to the track yesterday. any suggestions to trouble shoot? The car was not tuned for the stall but ive never had this problem before. The stall has been in the car for about a month. its a TCI3500 btw..time for a new converter? It also isnt pulling any trouble codes..

Well if you not setting any codes such as 1870 and they are not deleted in tune , I would think its simply not being commanded I would get it on a scanner or tuner and look at whats being enabled lockup wise first, Also since this happened after a day at the trans I would consider it may be engine missfire, This may not set a code yet still be present, But first things first get it on a scanner , Look at the data stream and see whats happening

 

where could i go to get it on a scanner? would i have to go to a tuner?
